What’s included in the hire?
Once you choose your package, everything listed in that package is included! All packages also include soft foam flooring and a Rules of Play sign to help keep your little ones safe.
How long is the hire?
Your play time is the hire period you select when booking. We offer 4-hour and 8-hour hire options.
We’ll take care of setup and pack-down, so please allow a little extra time either side of your event.
For example: If your event starts at 10:00am and you’ve booked a 4-hour Mini Package, we’ll arrive around 9:15am to set up and return at 2:00pm to pack everything away. We will be in contact with you closer to your event to confirm arrival time.
What is your cancellation policy?
A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. If you need to cancel more than 7 days before your event, your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Are the hires weather permitting?
We do recommend having a wet-weather backup plan. Unfortunately, soft play can’t be set up in wet conditions. If your event is outdoors, we recommend choosing a shady area as the soft play can become extremely hot when in direct sunlight.
How is the equipment cleaned?
Your little ones’ safety is very important to us. All soft play equipment is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitised after every event using child-safe cleaning products. During setup, we also complete a quick sanitising wipe-down to ensure everything is fresh and ready for play.
Will photos from our event be shared on social media?
We love sharing glimpses of our setups and events! We are a faceless business, meaning children’s faces are never shown in any photos or videos. Children will also never be featured or shared without parent or guardian consent. Our focus is always on the setup, details, and overall vibe of the event.
How much space do I need?
Please see the measurements on our packages page. We’re happy to adjust the layout where possible to best suit your space.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. Our soft play is specially designed for children aged 0–5 years.
Is delivery included?
Yes! Delivery and pick-up are included free of charge within 20km of Yeppoon. For locations outside this area, a small travel fee of $3 per kilometre applies (round trip).
How do I book?
Simply complete the booking request form on our website. We’ll review your request and confirm availability within 48–72 hours. Once your deposit is paid, your booking is secured!
